Terms:
- Prices are for CASH. If you pay with a check or credit card, there is a reservation fee of $10 added to the cost. You will be required to provide us with a valid credit card to hold the reservation. Your card will not be charged until the time of your reservation if payment by credit card is preferred, you must have a Texas driver's license for ID. You may pay the driver cash at the time of your ride to avoid a $10 reservation fee.
- Price does not include any travel time out side of the FREE PICK UP AREA. We pick up free inside the area of 7th Street, Red River, Town Lake aka Lady Bird Lake, and Guadeloupe Street. There are about 60 different business inside this area for eating, over night stays, shopping and entertainment that we service at no extra cost. To help plan an evening in the central downtown free area please visit our suggestions page for address and phone numbers of some of our most popular locations. Please note that a few of the popular locations are marked as being outside of the free area but we wanted to include them for your convenience. Out side of that free pick up area expect to pay our travel time to and from your event. We suggest that you call for a price quote.
- Price includes seating capacity of up to 6 average size adults or about 1100 pounds in normal attire. Please take in to account heavier winter clothing may make for tighter seating. An adult must be on the carriage with children under 16 years of age. Children over 4 years of age will be counted as a seated passenger. Children under the age of 4 can sit on your lap and do not count as a passenger.
- You may bring a hot or cold beverage of choice and a snack if you wish.
- Please dress for the weather. We will have light blankets available for your use.
- Two hour notice of time change or cancellation to avoid being charged for the ride. We will try to accommodate your new time if an opening is available.
